Professional photography – news, portraits, travel and commercial

My experience in professional photography covers portraiture, landscape, news and travel work. My news portfolio includes coverage of the UK’s Armed Forces on operations in Afghanistan, the Caribbean, Africa and across Europe. Away from the front line I have years of experience shooting engaging head-shots and exciting travel pieces.

Like any photographer, I’m happiest when I get to see my work in print. I’m lucky to have seen my work published in UK and international media, including The Times, the Guardian, assorted travel publications and even on TV. Generally I’m a photo-realist, much preferring photographs that show reality in all its glory – or grittiness – to heavily filtered Insta photography. But when the situation demands, I’m more than happy to bend my style to whatever my clients need.
