During an almighty long mountain trek in Nepal, travel photography helped me illustrate a story for Pride Life magazine. It was my first assignment for the magazine, and gave me a chance to show my skills in mountain photography as well as urban work. Nepal is a spectacular country; at every turn I found a magnificent Himalayan mountain vista, an ancient temple, or a string of prayer flags fluttering in the wind. I worked hard to make sure I recorded the best of the country for a feature on LGBT travel in Nepal – and Pride Life was more than happy with what I submitted.
